GSI is the only local manufacturer of Anti Oxidants in the GCC, Middle East and North Africa with production focused on the following primary (Phenolic) and secondary (Phosphite) antioxidants in powder form:

The Chemical Plant has the capacity to produce 6,500 metric tons/year.

These products have their main applications in the polyolefin industry (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP),Styrenics (ABS and PS),engineering plastics and partly in Masterbatches, Compounds and PVC.

NDB (Non Dusting Blends)

GSI’s Anox™ NDB™ (No Dust Blend) high technology offers customers the ability to simplify their process of feeding additives thereby generating considerable overall cost benefits. GSI’s NDB plants have the technological capability to blend up to 7 types of additives.

ANOX™ NDB™’s allow GSI to blend diverse, hard-to-handle antioxidants, UV stabilizers and other suitable additives into a single dust-free, easy-dosing pellet, offering superior feeding accuracy, safety, cleanliness and quality control to multiple-powder dosing.


	Therefore, GSI customers benefit from NDB Technology in several ways: All additives are formulated together in one single pallet. Ratios are fixed at production in just one setting. Precise dosage eliminates additive waste and out of spec material. Easier logistic in storage, handling, and transportation. Improved cleanliness, health, and safety of the workplace.

		The overall current capacity of its two NDB extrusion lines is 6,000 metric tons/year. A third extrusion line will be added and becomes operational by the 1^st quarter of 2008. The new extrusion line will expand GSI’s NDB capacity 10,000 tons/year. This expansion is being driven by the growth of polyolefin production capacity in the region.

GSI has over seventy (70) NDB Customized Solutions for customers within Saudi Arabia, the GCC and Middle Eastern countries & North Africa. As plant capacities of major customers grow and new plants become operational, GSI’s NDBs will continue to provide value to their bottom lines. As a local manufacturer with global standards, GSI has captured a niche in its NDBs because of its customized solutions.
